Outstanding service from the Firestone team at the Opelika, AL location! We were jammed on the side of the interstate with a bad tire, and they truly came to our rescue. Every single person we interacted with (especially Brandon & John) was so helpful, so kind, and incredibly speedy. Their professionalism and care made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you for getting us back on the road safe and sound, we’re genuinely grateful for your support.

I had a great experience at Firestone after hitting a curb and ending up with a flat tire. From the moment I arrived, Brandon, the service manager, was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain what was going on, kept me updated throughout the process, and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. It’s not every day you come across someone who provides this level of customer service. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly, and I really appreciated how he treated me throughout the entire process. If you need work done on your vehicle, I highly recommend this Firestone—and especially Brandon. Excellent service from start to finish!

These guys are the best! I went in prepared to have my alternator or starter replaced and these guys found that the wrong size battery had been installed in my car last week! Problem solved! Restored my faith in mankind , at least for today! They have become my go to place. Thank you Firestone of Opelika.

Having a tire blow out on my nearly new car (2025) and being towed to Firestone for a new tire was not on my Bingo card for today, but life happens. The crew at Firestone made my experience as pain free as possible. Everyone was friendly and professional. There were multiple options available for the replacement tire- I got to choose. The mechanic noticed that I had bags of groceries in the back of the car, including refrigerated items. He kept my car running with AC on full blast (& checked with me to make sure that I was okay with this). I appreciate the genuine thoughtfulness and care displayed through my time there. Speaking of time, I was in and out within 30 minutes even though I didn't have an appointment. If I need work done on my car in the future, I will be back at Firestone. Thank you for making a frustrating situation not quite as bad.

I brought my wife’s car to the Firestone in Opelika, and the team went above and beyond. What started as a tire issue turned into needing four new tires,l (though it was my fault as she was 50K on her tires) and they still fit us in the same day even staying late to finish the job right. The front‑desk staff was helpful and professional, and the technician who handled the rotation did excellent work. Truly great service all around.
